To receive same-day service on a Friday without being made feel that it was an inconvenience was fabulous. The plumber that attended was very polite and actually fixed more on the toilet than I had realised he would be able to – another plumber had told me last year that as it was an “old” toilet that parts were not available and I would have to put up with the water constantly running or replace the entire system. After discussing this with you I looked up the information I had on the SolarArk system and there is a 15-year Component Warranty on the Manifold. The date we had put the unit in was 23.9.2011.
